Event Ethos

Rubber Leather Glasgow is hosted by a group of guys who love fetish. We all enjoy rubber, leather and plenty more, but most importantly, enjoy being part of a community where it’s not seen as ‘weird’ or ‘extra’.

For us, it’s a community where people can be self expressive, and let’s face it, get a bit horny wearing what you like.

Inclusivity

Our events are designed for men, including trans men, trans masc, and masc presenting non binary people who want to connect with like minded others. It is a space where you can wear what you want to, whatever your body shape or confidence levels.

Whatever your stage on your fetish journey, we want to create a space where you can try fetish, and build your confidence in a space that’s safe from judgement and negativity.

Safe

Our events take place in established venues with strict codes of conduct in an LGBTQ+ safe space.

Consent Matters

Wearing fetish wear can make you feel great – but also a little vulnerable. It’s important that you feel safe. If someone approaches you with an expectation that they can touch you in any way that’s not consensual, that’s not OK, and it won’t be tolerated.

Dress Code

Fetish isn’t about expensive clothing. It’s about the way you feel wearing it. We want you to feel good wearing what you’re wearing, surrounded by people who have made an effort. Generally speaking, we encourage Rubber, Leather, Lycra, Puppies.

To create a Fetish-First event, we have some general ‘no entry’ rules. We won’t allow entry to: denim, gym wear, underwear, naked, disco wear.

We’ve updated our dress code to allow ass-less outfits, but would ask you cover your ass before leaving the Club X space and using the main polo toilets.
