Q&A

Where is the event

Club X, in the basement of Polo Lounge, entrance from the door to the left of the Delmonica’s entrance.

Who is the organiser?

The event is organised by 4 friends who love Fetish, Ross, David, James & Frazer. We’ll be at the event to welcome you and make you feel welcome.

Polo Glasgow are the hosts, licensees and have ultimate responsibility for the evening.

Who is going?

We expect a broad mix of Rubbermen, Leathermen, and Fetish lovers across all age groups. The event is inclusive to trans men, trans masc, and masc presenting non binary people.

Is it private?

Yes. We’ve specifically chosen Club X because it is a private space. You can access the main Polo club from club X, but entry to club X will be limited to those who have registered.

Where can I register?

We’re asking people to register mostly to get an idea of numbers, and also to ensure controls at the door. We don’t want anyone walking in – this is a space for people who have made an effort.

Where can I get changed?

At the entrance to Club X there are both seating areas where you can get changed and leave your bags. Bags are left at your own risk so don’t leave any valuables. If you’d prefer to check your bag in, there is a cloakroom at the main club.

Are there lockers?

You can use the main Polo Lounge cloakroom, but you will need to walk through the club.

Are there toilets?

The toilets are in the main polo club where there are ‘stand up’ and ‘sit down’ toilets. We have also worked with Polo to make a private gender neutral single toilet available within Club X.

What’s the photography policy?

We encourage everyone to take pictures carefully, and ensure that you ask if it’s ok to take a picture before you do. If you’d prefer not to have your picture taken, ask the Polo photographers and they’ll make sure they don’t.

Can I make out?

Sure! Ask consent first. Any form of sexual activity isn’t permitted though, so save that for later.

Is it a men only event?

This event is for men, including trans men, trans masc, and masc presenting non binary people.

What are the opening hours?

The event will open at 9pm until close, at around 2pm. You can keep the party going in Polo until later

Pre drinks?

If you’d like to have a pre drinks, we’d recommend either Delmonicas upstairs, or Underground, just round the corner.

Is the event free?

The event is free entry from 9pm until 11pm via the entrance next to Delmonicas. After 11pm, you can enter from the main Polo entrance.
